- A.Y.S.O.’s most important rules and focus are our 6 philosophies:
Everyone Plays - Every player is to play at least half a game before any one person plays a full game.
Balanced Teams - A.Y.S.O. makes new teams based off of player ratings, gender, and age every fall in order to ensure balanced teams.
Open Registration - Any and every child is allowed to play so long as there is room on teams.
Positive Coaching - All coaches are to stay positive during both practices and games towards all players.
Good Sportsmanship - A.Y.S.O. strives to have a friendly environment for our players to enjoy the game of soccer.
Player Development - A.Y.S.O. teaches development over winning , that being said, every individual person/ player develops at a different pace, and needs coaches to understand this and help at each individual pace.
